Payment Details

Payment

Credit Card payment is required to secure all public training course bookings. If there is no access to a credit card full payment via EFT 2 weeks prior to course start date is mandatory. Please contact the training department for our bank details - [ADD MAILTO:EMAIL ADDRESS HERE]. Your receipt will be sent in the post with a copy of your tax invoice. Late registrations will be considered subject to availability.

Training services terms and conditions

Cancellations (Includes course transfer) 

After confirming your training place, we frequently refuse other bookings for that place; therefore no refunds will be issued if notification of cancellation (or transfer) is received 4 weeks or less prior to, and including, the start date. LRQA reserves the right at its absolute discretion and without liability to cancel any advertised event due to insufficient enrolments or circumstances beyond its control.  Notification of any cancellation will be made as early as practical and include a full refund.

Delegate Substitutions 

You may substitute a suitable delegate at any time at no charge. Please advise us of any change to delegate names in writing as soon as possible
