Spanish Marketing Specialist

Spanish Marketing Specialist: Support the formulation, development and delivery of a portfolio of Area marketing plans to drive Management Systems’ business development activity throughout the Spanish and Portuguese Markets. 

Job Responsibilities 

  • Manage and deliver localised marketing plans as part of the area marketing team, working with local operations managers and sales teams to support the diversity of service offered and entry into new markets as part of the overall Area Operations strategy 
  • Support Cluster Case outcomes by working effectively with other marketing and sales team members, bought in services/agencies and other internal and external interfaces to ensure timely and financially effective delivery
  • Make recommendations for potential new services for the Management Systems’ portfolio in line with the Area Marketing and Operations strategies to broaden Management Systems’ service offering
  • Working with digital marketing specialists, marketing analysts and other marketing roles to ensure collaboration and contribution to the marketing, sales and operational function
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate business performance, market positioning, product mix and customer feedback to optimise market brand and positioning 
  • Set, monitor and manage campaigns, strategies, client events, budgets and performance to ensure resources are applied appropriately
  • As a member of the operational marketing team, provide input to marketing and operational strategies, ensuring they are relevant, complete, efficient and workable
  • Monitor and provide benchmarking and market feedback on competitor activities and performance 

Job Requirements 

  • Degree level education in a marketing discipline.   
  • Strong communication skills for all levels of management, with an ability to present material in a way which is appropriate to the level of knowledge of the audience
  • Management experience of marketing (and sales) preferably in a management systems, B to B and/or professional services environment.  
  • Experience in providing marketing leadership advice, support and mentoring practices to support business operations
  • Adaptable and well organised with a practical minded approach and the ability to work on multiple tasks and to tight deadlines
  • Experienced in delivering marketing strategies, building commercial relationships and client relationships by  participating in area and global marketing events
  • Proven experience and knowledge of effective and timely management of budgets and financial processes relating to various project including budget setting, prioritising, delegating and monitoring of resource and project activities.
  • Knowledge of applicable IT and digital technologies.
  • An assertive approach to problem solving with strong communication and diplomacy skills to guide, negotiate, influence and persuade at all levels
  • Fluent in English, and with a professional marketing experience abroad in an international company. Used to work remote with a manager
